Missing Items or Parts
If any parts are missing from the package, please contact our customer support at info@cottonbundle.com and send us photos of the packaging and shipping label along with a description of what is missing. We will contact you promptly to arrange a solution.
Damaged Goods in the Order
If you notice that any part of your order is damaged, please contact us at info@cottonbundle.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged parts in the email. We will contact you as soon as possible regarding the next steps. Damaged products or defective items will be replaced or refunded.
Receiving the Wrong Order
If you have received the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cottonbundle.com. In your email, please include your order number and a description of the product. We will arrange to pick up the incorrect items and deliver the correct order to you.
