Return of Goods
If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact our customer support at info@cottonbundle.com, and we will agree on the next steps. The return method may vary depending on the product.
We offer free returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you pack the goods in their original packaging.
The return process may take up to 14 business days. Once everything is processed, we will transfer the money back to the account you provided to us.
Return Process
1. Carefully Pack the Product
Return the product in its original condition. Carefully pack it in the original box. It is important that it is protected from further damage. The package should contain:
- the returned product
- the completed cancellation form (or at least the order number and account number for the refund)
2. Deliver the Package Back to Us
Before sending the package, please make sure to remove the original delivery labels.

3. Wait for Your Refund
We have 14 days to process the return. During this time, we will send the money back to the account you provided to us.
